Chef Phil Darmon welcomes seasonal ingredients into the ever-changing menus at Hardy Park Bistro, and this time around is no different. Menu highlights include grilled jerk chicken skewers with jasmine rice, grapefruit salad and yogurt; and grilled skirt steak with chimichurri served alongside fingerlings, arugula, asparagus and a seeded mustard dressing. Zak the Baker breads will also be featured on all sandwiches and platters.
