Although Valentine’s Day is still a month away, it’s never too early to sweeten up date night.
For a special night in, or for pre-drinks before going out to dinner, the Kappa Kiss is a romantic cocktail featuring Kappa Pisco and Grand Marnier.
The drink is sweet, tart and spicy and will be available at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek’s Nectar and level2 on Valentine’s Day.
Kappa Kiss
1 ounce Kappa Pisco
.75 ounces Grand Marnier
.75 ounces simple syrup
.75 ounces lime juice
.5 ounces orange juice
3 basil leaves
2 raspberries
1 strawberry
Basil leaf for garnish
Strawberry for garnish
Combine raspberries, one strawberry and three basil leaves in a shaker and muddle. Add the rest of the ingredients into the shaker, fill with ice and shake. Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass and garnish with a basil leaf and strawberry heart.
