Delray Beach’s Deck 84 recently announced its new executive chef, Michael Romano, in addition to an updated menu for the season.
The menu is Romano’s first at Deck 84, and includes his new creations as well as old Deck 84 classics selected to bring back.
Romano has extensive experience in steakhouses and his approach to cooking is influencd by his Italian roots and love for Mediterranean and Caribeean cuisines.
New menu items include jumbo lump crab stacks; pulled pork tacos; meatball sliders; classic eggs benedict; tuna steak; fresh fruit parfait; prime flat iron steak; and house-smoked brisket sandwiches.
Updated cocktail menu items included iced frappuccinos, frose, spicy peach margaritas and the Yacht Master, mixed with Grey Goose vodka, muddled blackberries and soda water.
