LYMBR, a personalized stretch therapy facility, recently launched its Boca Raton location at the Glades Shopping Center.
Stretch therapists at LYMBR provide guests with training that eases sore muscles, improves mobility, strengthens the body and increases athletic performance. Therapists are also trained to assist in the healing process of injuries, as well as to promote relaxation, providing tailored therapy for each client’s specific needs and goals.
The studio is designed for all ages and levels of activity. Each stretch therapist must have at least 100 hours of hands-on training before working in the studio.
