Akoya Boca West To Open At Boca West Country Club

A gorgeous new luxury residence is making its way to Boca Raton.

Akoya Boca West will be the newest residential construction in Boca West Country Club in more than 15 years.

The 113-unit residence was designed by architecture firm Garcia Stromberg/GS4 Studios and Interiors by Steven G. Units range in price from $1 to $4 million. Each residence features expansive living areas and floor-to-ceiling, impact and UV-resistant windows that offer scenic views of the golf course and lake. Move-ins are slated for February.

“When designing developments, we put a major focus on experimenting with new design concepts and utilizing the spatial components of the surrounding land to create projects that mirror a work of art,” said Jorge Garcia, Garcia Stromberg/GS4 Studios in a press release. “Akoya is located in a premier location with beautiful golf course views, which are visible from each residence. The project is a work of art and a major game changer – especially for golf lovers.”

It offers residences ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet and a combination of resort-style luxury amenities and services, among which include: a European-inspired spa, seven restaurants offering cuisine from casual to gourmet, a 24-hour fitness center with state-of-the-art training equipment, cardio and free weights, an aquatics center, four 18-hole championship golf courses, a 29-court tennis complex, and year-round private club activities.

The building also includes a gated entrance, luxurious social rooms specially created to host social events and parties, attended lobby and a private foyer with 16 privacy-controlled elevators providing direct access into each residence, a resort-style swimming pool and sun deck.
