In keeping with doing our part for conservation, I have personally given up plastic straws, as have many restaurants and bars on our coast. Every measure helps! In “Ocean Allies” (page 42) discover eight companies from Broward to St. Lucie counties that are doing their parts in spreading conservation efforts and awareness through innovative products and initiatives. SaltWater Brewery in Delray Beach is the first Florida brewery to package its beer cans with eco six-pack rings. Cheers to that!
