Three sophisticated-living buildings are currently underway in Boca Raton, bringing a new luxury development to the city's downtown area.
ALINA Residences Boca Raton is located on the site previously known as Mizner on the Green. The development has launched with a nine-story building encompassing 121 residences and 32,000 square feet of private outdoor amenities.
The location provides walkability along Mizner Boulevard with easy access to Mizner Park’s shops, restaurants and more.
Twelve penthouses are in the first building, as well as 102 fully furnished residences, for a total of 121 homes.
They span from one to four bedrooms, and range from under 1,400 square feet to over 4,800 square feet.
Features include dens, private terraces, walk-in closets, a selection of wood and porcelain floor finishes and 11-foot ceilings. The kitchens will include Miele appliances, natural stone countertops, wine coolers and more. Rain showers, stand-alone soaking tubs and dual vanities will be found in the master bathrooms.
ALINA will also offer seven villas that open up to expansive lanais and private gardens.
Other amenities include green spaces, a club room, a fitness center, bicycle storage, a yoga studio, his and her spas and a rooftop pool deck.
The green space will include a meditation and sculpture garden, an outdoor yoga space and a dog park.
