Channé Rosé, a wine derived from St. Tropez, is now being served at Buckhead Life Restaurant Group establishments across South Florida as part of a partnership between the brands.
Restaurants include Lobster Bar Sea Grille Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale, and CHOPS Lobster Bar and City Fish Market, both located in Boca Raton.
The rosé’s flavor is crafted with hints of peaches, passion fruit and white flowers. It pairs best with Mediterranean dishes, fresh oysters and shellfish, grilled white meats, steak, lamb and Asian cuisine.
To celebrate the partnership, the restaurants will be offering a special reduced pricing of $13 a glass and $52 per bottle. They will also offer a pairing menu for a limited time, running until the end of March.
The pairing menu includes steak tartare parisienne, pickled beets and char-grilled octopus at Lobster Bar Sea Grille Las Olas and Greek-style keftedes, seafood ceviche and Thai chili calamari at CHOPS Lobster Bar.
