Inspired by the Aeolian Islands off the coast of Sicily, Osteria Salina is a new restaurant focused on fresh seafood and clean eating. It is the second location opened by the brand, which has a sister restaurant of the same name in the Hamptons.

The masterminds behind Osteria Salina are Tim and Cinzia Gaglio, veteran restaurateurs in South Florida and New York. Cinzia also serves as the executive chef at the Delray location.

Osteria Salina’s handcrafted menu draws upon authentic recipes passed through the generations in Cinzia’s family. She sources local produce and fish whenever possible and limits salt, sugar and processed food products in her recipes.

Menu items include misticanza di nonna with dandelion, spinach, arugula, pomodorini, shaved aged pecorino, crispy capers, dry cured olives and aged red wine vinegar; polpo eoliano made with seared octopus and served with gigante beans, fingerling potatoes and parsley pesto; and the spada alla piastra, which is swordfish served with a caponatina of eggplant, tomato, golden raisins, capers and agrodolce.

Osteria Salina is open daily at 5:30 p.m. for dinner. For more information, visit osteriasalina.net.
