A new luxury community is coming to Boca West Country Club. Akoya Boca West topped off at ten floors in June and is the only development currently being built inside a private club community in South Florida.

Developers are currently installing Akoya’s glass façade and arrival deck, and the project is set to complete in the summer of 2018. Prices begin in the $900,000s and the development has reached $24 million in sales throughout the last two months.
